Hi Jo! I love your mantel! I have yet to start mine. Thanks so much for dropping by my blog! I just wanted to be sure that you know that I used Osnaburg for the pillow and linen to make the flowers...not burlap. I'm not sure how easy it would be to make the flowers using burlap! Have a great week!...hugs...Debbie
I don't know what else you'd add . . . I'm a 'book' nut so maybe some old books stacked and the pheasant on top of them? Very pretty colors and textures you have going on there!
It looks beautiful! Love the birds and your arrangement is perfect. Your wall color is a fabulous backdrop for all things Fall, too! *Becca* (new follower)
Jo: I have the same fireplace surround. It appears yours has been painted white, which I've been thinking of doing. Can you tell me what you used to paint it? thanks for any help you can give me.
Hi Jo!! I love your mantel...so pretty! So much so that I referenced you over on my site...take a peek! Thanks for the great inspiration! I've got to get busy on my fall decorations...you have inspired me!
Pretty mantle. I love the gold vase and all the dried material. The pheasants are such a nice touch. Happy Fall. :)

Jo, you mantel keeps getting little changes each time I look. I do really like it especially the birds and the vase. I'll keep checking.
